Shipping Overview

All shipments are fully insured, securely packed, and handled via UPS or FedEx with signature required on delivery. We ship to billing addresses nationwide Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Sales tax applies to shipping/handling for taxable orders to NY State addresses.

Order Processing Times

  • In-Stock Items: Ready to ship same business day (Mon-Fri).
  • Price on Request / Special Orders: 2-5 business days from order date, as sourced from suppliers.

Pre-Shipment Verification

Before dispatch from our Houston facility:

  • Watch pulled from inventory and matched to listing details.
  • Original box/papers added per description.
  • Expert watchmakers test with precision equipment for cosmetics, timing accuracy, and water resistance (if applicable).

Shipment Details

  • Carriers: UPS or FedEx—trackable with full insurance.
  • Delivery: Signature required; shipped to billing address.
  • Free Shipping: On all orders over $500; expedited options available.
  • International: Limited; contact us for quotes and duties.

Track your order via confirmation email. Lost/damaged claims handled promptly through insurance. Contact us for updates or changes.

Changes & Cancellations

In-stock orders ship quickly—cancellations possible pre-shipment. Special orders non-cancellable once processed.
