What This Warranty Covers

This warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 12 months from purchase date.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

Exclusions include:

  • Accidental damage, abuse, or misuse like drops, shocks, or excessive force.
  • Issues from improper handling, storage, or care.
  • Normal wear: scratches, scuffs, finish fading.
  • Water damage beyond manufacturer guidelines.
  • Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or third-party service.
  • Indirect damages like lost use or income.
  • Batteries, unless tied to a covered manufacturing fault.

Warranty Service Process

To file a claim, contact us at (616) 219-5595 or simon.kmngo@gmail.com. We'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions for safe shipping to our Houston service center.

Our Responsibilities

For valid claims, we'll repair or replace with a comparable timepiece at our discretion. Return shipping to your US address is on us.
