Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Within 7 days of delivery date.
  • Condition: Unworn, original state with all packaging, accessories, box, papers, and tags.
  • Exclusions: Special orders, custom/engraved items, sourced watches, sale/promotional purchases are non-returnable. Contact us for details.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Request RMA via (616) 219-5595 or email with order number and reason.
  2. Pack Securely: Use original packaging; include everything. For high-value items, provide unpacking video if claiming damage/missing/incorrect.
  3. Ship Back: Use insured carrier like UPS/FedEx (customer pays return shipping). Label with RMA.

Refund Policy

  • Processing: 5-7 business days after Houston inspection.
  • Restocking Fee: 5% applies to all returns/exchanges due to high-value items.
  • Original Shipping: Non-refundable.
  • Method: Original payment minus fees.
